Orion is excited to announce the expansion of our Supply Chain team with the addition of Leeza, who joined the company in February 2025. In her role, Leeza supports a broad range of supply chain functions — including customer service, purchasing, receiving, and transportation/logistics coordination — all critical areas that ensure our customers receive the quality and reliability they expect from Orion’s custom thermoplastic compounds.
Leeza brings extensive experience from her years in manufacturing, where she developed deep expertise in sales, client services, eCommerce, business development, logistics, and operations management. Her understanding of both customer and supplier perspectives allows her to strengthen Orion’s connections across the supply chain, driving efficiency and responsiveness in every step of the process.

A South Carolina native, Leeza’s first introduction to performance plastics came through her hands-on work in hardware product development — experience that sparked her interest in innovative materials and their real-world applications.
Outside of work, Leeza enjoys life on a small hobby farm with her wife and two dogs. She’s an avid outdoor enthusiast who spends her free time hiking, kayaking, and volunteering as a Master Gardener through Clemson University Extension.
